LOCAL HOME DELIVERY 6 DAYS A WEEK

Order by 4.00pm for same day local delivery.

All local deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £5 within a 5 mile radius.

We offer a nationwide delivery service where our own The Secret Garden flowers will be delivered the following day after placing your order (before 12.00pm). Minimum spend £30.00 plus delivery.

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact us at pernille@theonlinesecretgarden.com so we can arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.

Returns

If in the unlikely case that your bouquet arrives and it isn’t in the condition that you would expect, please contact us as soon as possible. Any issues raised after 5 days of receiving your order cannot be refunded. Refunds may be given, at the discretion of our florists. We always aim to reach an agreement with the recipient for either a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the complaint.
