Pernille founded The Secret Garden Florist in February 2013 whilst her children were growing up and moving out. Pernille loves to spend her time working alongside her clients to help create the flower dreams that they desire for weddings, tablescapes for all occasions, bouquets or farewells. Pernille’s passion is to create and she loves to challenge herself and push her creative boundaries.

Pernille’s favourite flower changes regularly throughout the seasons but her favourite season is Spring as she loves Anemones, Narcissi, Muscari and Ranunculus and when the garden begins to burst.

Emma has been working alongside her mum, Pernille since the shop opened in 2013 on holidays, but became a permanent member in 2019 and hasn’t looked back since.

Emma’s creations run wild at Christmas when the wreaths are in full swing. She loves to create the most luxurious fresh Christmas wreaths for your front doors and door installations as she loves a warm, cosy welcome to a home. After all, first impressions count.

Emma, like her mum cannot pinpoint her favourite flower, but she adores white Agapanthus, Astrantia and Lily of the Valley.
